Sessions are run from the comfort of your preferred location. These occur via the internet on your preferred choice of application, ie. WeChat, Facetime, Skype or Zoom. You will be asked to indicate your preference when booking.
It is recommended that you chose a private location away from distractions, loud noises, and the potential for others to overhear.
Sessions follow a format similar to that of face-to-face consultations. You are free to discuss and bring up issues that you’d like assistance with. Therapeutic assistance is given in accordance with individual needs and personal objectives. This could be talk based and/or it could include art therapy interventions.
Clients who wish to include art therapy into their sessions will need paper and a small collection of art making equipment, e.g. lead pencil, coloured pencils, watercolour paints, etc.
